Go for a run

This is a great way to unwind and release stress and anxiety after work. Plus, exercise is great for both the body and mind. Sweat off the week, and you’ll see that this will make you stronger, calm and happier, which is great for your overall physical and mental state. Create a Power Playlist, put on the earphones and let the rhythm guide you. Podcasts are great too, as they’re a great companion if you’re taking a walk in the park or jogging.  

Cook your favourite dinner

Nothing better than a Friday after-work ritual where you’ll cook your favourite dish. Also, you could try cooking one of those recipes you’ve been bookmarking for a while. If you’re a type that finds cooking as a relaxing pastime, this can be an incredibly productive and relaxing way to spend your evening hours. You could always brag about the decoration or the complexity of the meal on your social media. Takeouts are a good idea if you’re in a rush, but the satisfaction of a successfully cooked recipe while challenging your skills can be truly enjoyable.
